Everyone participating in the parade must be wearing a costume. We may promote nonpartisan issues – like Get-out-the-vote – but may not advocate for specific candidates.

Parade Route: Madison St. & Strongs Ave. to Wales St., left to West St., left onto Merchants Row ending at the plaza.
