Governor Coming to Election Headquarters on Center Street
The grand opening of our downtown Rutland headquarters will be September 7, and Governor Shumlin will be our speaker. More information about this event will follow. Headquarters for this fall’s elections will be in the former Book King site on Center Street. It’s a great site and will be ready for Democrats to move in August 11. Naturally a great location is important as our headquarters, but it is only successful when there are people inside: great volunteers! The Rutland County Democrats will need lots of folks like you to give some of your time as callers, data enterers, greeters, and even guides for candidates in your town.
